At MODE MISCHIEF STUDIOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
